WHY STRATIJA
Approve, and the next stages become live work in the same moment. No follow up email, no one waiting to be told.
Ten workflows arrive with their stages, gates and deliverables in place, and the Coach's guidance on most deliverable sections. Rename what you like and start the first project.
Every decision keeps its reason, its author and its date. The evidence is already assembled when assurance asks.
01
The stage owner submits one primary deliverable.
02
The sponsor, or the project manager where there is none, decides in writing.
03
The stages that gate declares go live at once.
04
The record stands, with its reason, its author and its date.
WHO IT IS FOR
Any organization that works on projects: private, public, NGOs, not-for-profit.
You decide at the gate, in writing, and the record carries your words. You are never asked to approve something you cannot see, and you cannot be handed a decision that belongs to the project manager.
Ten workflows arrive complete. Choose the ones that fit, rename them to what your organization already calls things, and every project after that runs the same way.
One primary deliverable per stage, and you know exactly what opens when the gate closes. Nobody needs a status meeting to find out where the project stands.
Every decision keeps its reason, its author and its date. The evidence is assembled before you ask for it.
THE URUK NEXUS
The Uruk Framework was developed by Mounir Ajam across the Strategy to Results series. The Value Delivery Methodology sits at its center. Project management is the element Stratija runs today, and the rest of the Nexus is where it is going.
WHAT ARRIVES ON DAY ONE
Every one carries its own stages and its own numbered gates. Most deliverable sections carry the Coach's guidance, and sequential, iterative and multi delivery variants are all included.
Single-Stage
5 gates
Work with one clear decision point, start to finish.
Micro
4 gates
The smallest efforts, where governance still has to leave a record.
Small-Simple
7 to 8 gates
Contained projects with a straightforward path to delivery.
Medium-Large
9 to 11 gates
Complex delivery, where an operations track runs alongside implementation.
Gate counts are the workflow's own numbered gates. Every project also has an activation gate before gate 1, and the range inside a class is its sequential, iterative and multi delivery variants.

IN THE PLATFORM
THE RECORD
A gate decision is a record, not a status. It carries the class, the project code, the decision, the reason in the sponsor's own words, the author and the date. The database refuses to edit or delete it.

QUESTIONS
It is a comprehensive governance platform for turning strategy into delivered results, spanning project delivery and broader business governance.
If you have no formal project management workflows, this gives you maximum benefit, and you start on day one with what we built.
Any organization that works on projects: private, public, NGOs, not-for-profit. Consultants and freelancers too: a project can run without a sponsor, and then the project manager approves its gates.
You change the words, not the practice. Clone any workflow, rename its stages, gates and deliverables to your own vocabulary, and your version stays yours. No other project moves.
Then you already have the hard part. The workflows are a starting point you edit, so the handbook stops being a document somebody has to remember and becomes the thing the platform enforces.
On a project with a sponsor, the sponsor approves every gate. On a project without one, the project manager approves the gates, and an Org Admin approves the activation gate, because that is where the project manager is named. Where there is a sponsor, one person cannot hold both the sponsor and the project manager role, so the separation is enforced rather than asked for.
Every gate decision is recorded with its reason, its author and its date. Every approval and every deliverable exports as a PDF.
We set up your organization after a short conversation about which workflows fit your work and who holds the sponsor role. Bring in as many projects as you are ready to govern.
