Everything here describes a product. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, or a contract, and reading it creates no relationship between us beyond the one you choose to start by writing to us.

Access to the platform is by invitation

There is no self-serve sign-up. Access is granted to organizations we invite, after a conversation, and a request for access is a request rather than an entitlement. We may decline one, and we do not have to say why.

Roadmap statements are intent, not commitment

The roadmap on this site is a sequence and states so on its own face. Items on it are what we currently intend to build and in what order. They are not promises, they carry no delivery dates, and the order is expected to change, particularly the later parts of it. Do not adopt the platform on the strength of something that has not shipped without talking to us about it first.

The methodology belongs to its author

The Value Delivery Methodology™ and the Uruk Framework are the intellectual property of their author, Mounir Ajam. They are licensed to this platform for use inside it. Nothing on this site, and no use of the platform, transfers any ownership of the Value Delivery Methodology or the Uruk Framework to a user or to a user's organization, and neither may be extracted from the platform and republished as your own.

What your organization authors inside the platform remains yours: the methods you fork, the sections you add, the words you rename things to, and everything you write into a deliverable.

This site is published as it is, with no warranty of any kind. We take care that what it says is true on the day it is written, and it can still be incomplete or out of date. Where this site and the platform itself disagree, the platform is what you are buying.
