What we collect, and what we do with it.
This site has one form on it. This page is about that form: what it asks for, why, where the answers are held, how long we keep them, and how to have them removed.
What the request-access form collects
Only what the form shows you. There is no tracking pixel building a profile beside it, and nothing is inferred from your visit and stored against you.
- Your name
- so we know who we are replying to.
- Your work email address
- so we can reply, and because it tells us which organization the request is from.
- Your organization
- so we can see whether the platform suits the kind of work you do.
- Your role
- so we know whether you would be using it, buying it, or both.
- The size of your organization
- because the delivery methods are sized to the work, and this tells us which of them you are likely to need.
- Your country
- so we know which time zone to answer in and where the data would sit.
- What you want to use it for
- because we take a small number of design partners and this is how we decide.
Where it is stored
On infrastructure we control, in the same database as the rest of the platform. It is not passed to a third-party form service, a marketing platform or a customer-relationship system on its way there.
What we use it for
Evaluating your request and replying to it. That is the whole purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for access, and we do not send you anything unrelated to the request you made.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside the company. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with a third party: not with a partner, not with an advertiser, and not with an analytics provider. Inside the company it is readable by the people who evaluate access requests.
How long we keep it
While your request is open, and for up to twelve months after we answer it, so that a conversation you start now can be picked up again without your having to repeat yourself. After that it is deleted. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do.
How to have it deleted
Email [email protected] from the address you used on the form and ask us to delete your request. You do not have to give a reason, and we will confirm when it is done.
